Veteran Hollywood producer James Cummings has come forward with disturbing allegations that music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs attempted to sexually assault him in a steam room at an LA gym in 2002. The explosive claims emerge as Diddy faces ongoing legal battles involving racketeering and sex trafficking charges in New York.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, 57-year-old Cummings recounted how the alleged incident escalated into a violent physical confrontation between the two men. According to Cummings, both he and Combs were naked in the steam room of an LA Fitness gym when the artist made an unsolicited and aggressive sexual advance.

“I fought him off. He tackled me and tried to perform a sex act on me,” Cummings claimed. “I punched him, dragged him out, and ran to the front desk to report it.”

The producer said Combs fled the scene, leaving only his sneakers behind. Gym staff reportedly confirmed to Cummings that Diddy was not a registered member but would pay cash to use the steam room.

Cummings stated he was left humiliated, traumatized, and emotionally shaken by the incident. His wife, Jennifer Cummings, who was at the gym that day, recalled seeing her husband distressed and yelling after the alleged assault.

The incident resurfaced in Cummings' memory recently after watching leaked surveillance footage from another Diddy-related case. He said the video mirrored his own experience and reignited feelings of trauma and unresolved anger.

“It’s embarrassing, it’s humiliating—but I’m no victim,” said Cummings. “I stood my ground.”

This accusation comes amid mounting legal pressure on Combs, who is currently on trial for a slew of federal offenses, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and coercion for prostitution. He has denied all charges.
